ServSafe® Class: Overview
Providing safe food for customers is an ongoing challenge; a challenge which begins with finding the right suppliers. However, you and your staff will share the ultimate responsibility for properly receiving, storing, preparing, and serving a quality product. Proper food handling processes and procedures are an integral part of successful business. Therefore, Monteverde's and food safety expert Patti Figorski team up to offer a monthly ServSafe class in Monteverde's customer classroom. Ms. Figorski, a nationally-registered and Pennsylvania-licensed dietitian, will share knowledge needed to safely operate a contemporary food service business. If interested in signing up for this month's class, please contact Ms. Figorski at firstname.lastname@example.org.
